Shipping and Delivery

We want you to enjoy our products as soon as possible after ordering therefore we will ensure they are delivered to you as quickly as the mail system allows. All orders will be dispatched within one working day so that they arrive as quickly as possible.

Standard rates of postage will be applied to orders and deliveries will be made via Royal Mail Tracked Services. However, we will provide free delivery on all orders over £100. We are not currently able to offer a nominated day for delivery.

For all deliveries it is important to remember to allow extra time at busy periods, such as Christmas or Easter, as we do not want you to be disappointed by congested postal schedules.

Returns and Refunds

We work hard to describe and present our products in the correct way so you are fully aware what you are buying.

If your purchase is damaged during transportation then you should, wherever possible, notify the delivery company and decline receipt of the package. To assure you of the quality of the products you have ordered, we will process returns on items that are damaged and in their original packaging. We are not able to accept returns where products have been used after receipt of the package.

If you are not happy with your delivery, or if you want to request an exchange or refund then please contact us directly on our email address and we will do our best to find a solution to your concerns.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, or if your delivery is damaged once the package is opened. We are always happy to speak to you and discuss how we can resolve any issues you have with your product provided by us.

 

Exchanges

If you are unfortunate enough to need to return or exchange a damaged item, then once we have agreed to replace your product it will be dispatched in line with our standard delivery terms and conditions.

Refunds

If it is necessary to provide you with a refund, then we will ensure payment is made via your original payment method within ten working days. Please remember your bank or credit card company may have its own timescales to process and post your refund.

If you have not received your refund after fifteen working days, then please contact us on our email address edgeupdesigns@gmail.com and we will ensure prompt payment or a response in respect of any outstanding credit.

Finally, Edge up maintains the right to reject requests for refunds or exchanges and will always attempt to provide an explanation for our decisions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
